Bring Me the Horizon revisit deathcore roots with "Dehumanized"

British metal flagbearers Bring Me the Horizon are currently revisiting their debut album Count Your Blessings, and ahead of the 20th anniversary re-recording of that album, they've released a brand new track in their early deathcore style.

New song "Dehumanized" clearly takes the MySpace Deathcore sound of Count Your Blessings and refreshes it with a modern approach, taking on Bring Me the Horizon's more contemporary influences and modern production, along with their evolved musicianship over the past two decades, to give the track that extra polish that their original early output lacked. Alongside the release of "Black & Blue (Repented)" earlier this month, it's clear that the band are out to give Count Your Blessings the recording it deserved the first time around, while introducing it to a new generation of fans.

You can watch the music video for "Dehumanized" below. Count Your Blessings - Repented is out on 10 July.
