Cult digital hardcore mavericks Rabbit Junk have announced that, after years as an independent group, they have finally opted to sign with legendary independent label FiXT for their next album.
Though Rabbit Junk have worked with labels before including Full Effect records and collective Glitch Mode recordings, Their post-Project Nonagon output has been released entirely independently through Bandcamp. The next Rabbit Junk album, titled Redemption, is set for release in early 2027 and will come 5 years after 2022 effort Apocalypse for Beginners, which received a positive critical reception.
This won't be the first collaboration between Rabbit Junk and FiXT, though, as the track "Fight Me, Erebus" was released as part of the 2023 FiXT Radium compilation. A series of singles have followed with the most recent, "You Gotta Get Through Me", released in March this year. It is not yet known if the singles released so far will feature on Redemption.
Along with the new album, it has also been confirmed that a new line of merch, alongside vinyl re-issues of all of Rabbit Junk's previous albums, will be released by FiXT in the near future, although dates for these are yet to be announced.
