It's been three years since we released our first compilation, Soundtrack to the Underground, Vol. 1. Since then this site has progressed a lot and gone through some changes, but now it is finally time to release Vol. 2.     Watford guitarist Matt Williams's solo project Ambidreams has developed a neat approach to progressive metalcore, with plenty of ambience complementing the heavy riffs.

    Tanin'iver come from the frostbitten heartlands of Australia to put the country's black metal scene on the map. "Pyrrhic" is a grand declaration of intent with the group firing on all cylinders indiscriminately.

    Afreet have matured well in the 2 years they've been releasing music since the demise of District Unknown. On their latest EP, they seem to have finally found their feet sonically.
